Dear Sir, Dear Madame,

On the 13th and 14th April, 2012 we met for the second time to continue the international medical debate on the reproductive and sexual health. A quote by St. Augustine on love and beauty is the motto of our second Congress.

These were, namely, the basic two aspects of the sexual health on which we focused the two days of deliberations.

Before the official initiation of the Congress we were invited You to a session devoted to recommendations of the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS).

In the first sexuological session the human sexuality were discussed in the interdisciplinary terms.

We tried to present You the current and latest state of the medical knowledge from such domains as: gynecology, urology and sexology. During the second session the contemporary views on the pharmacotherapy were presented. This particular problematic session were, thereby, focus on the pharmacotherapy of the erectile dysfunctions (ED), female sexual dysfunctions, contraception, the hormonal replacement therapy (HRT) as well as on pain management. The third session were devoted to surgical interventions within female and male sex organs with consideration of the esthetical surgery.

After little break we were invite You to thematic sessions regarding cardiosexology, oncosexology (here the focus will be laid on the fertility aspects being the result of oncological diseases), on the treatment of the benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) as well as on sexually transmitted viral diseases. After these sessions we were invited You to a Gala Dinner in the Fabryka Trzciny Art Center.

The second day of the Congress were initiated by discussion about civilization threats as cybersex, addictions and prostitution.

The other two sessions were: the gynecological session during which we were concentrate this time on the sexual health from conception to childbirth as well as the urologynecological session during which the current views on the incontinence were presented in form of brief "update lectures".

The Congress were finished by a session focused on the beauty of human body; a beauty that might be created thanks to the achievements of the esthetical medicine.
